how do i become a member?

LOVE this question! First step is to click the button at the top of the screen to create an account. Then, choose one of our membership options depending on the experience you are looking for. Head to our membership page to view pricing options.

I just signed up FOR A MEMBERSHIP... now what?

First off... WELCOME! After you create your account, choose one of our membership options. Once the sign up process is completed, you will be sent a confirmation email with step by step instructions on how to download the access control mobile app. If you did not recieve this, contact us!

when IS THE GYM open?

Our facility is accessible to members 24/7 and staffed for tours and new member sign ups during select hours. If you're a non-member booking an in-person session with a fitness professional, they will be able to let you in for sessions.

can i ADD/remove family members to/from my membership after i sign up?

Great question! Members of all pricing options are welcome to add members of their household at any point. Pricing changes can differ by pricing option so if you have any questions feel free to contact us or complete a Membership Change Request by clicking the form button on membership page.

how do i cancel my membership?

Monthly memberships can be cancelled with a 2 billing cycle notice and can be paused for up to 3 mont To start either process, please complete a Membership Change Request by clicking the form button on membership page.
